Following Your Referral is a new page in the Public section for anybody who has been referred to us via Hotspots and would like some more information. It details every step of the referral process so that you know what to expect. If you are a health or social care professional who has referred clients via Hotspots, feel free to direct them to this page for more information.
Referral Updates is a new page in the Partners section to keep partners and referrers up to date with how many referrals we receive, which organizations we receive them from, and which services those clients accessed. We will regularly update the downloadable document so that you can look directly at our most recent figures.
